The General Operations Administrator role is key to an efficient talent acquisition team. Our high volume, fast paced, high-touch environment will provide you with many opportunities to make a visible impact and contribute to operational and strategic initiatives. As a member of the Recruitment Support Team you will be responsible for a variety of activities supporting the recruitment and hire process for potential talent at various Atos locations and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

· Reporting
· Procurement interface
· OFCCP data integrity (USA)
· Audit Support
· ATS expert/data integrity

Reporting, Data Integrity & ATS Support

· Extract, audit, compile and present reports and presentations
· Analyze data and provide feedback to recruiting team as needed for corrections
· Work with Operations Lead to ensure team is knowledgeable about and follows prescribed processes within ATS
· Provide Level 1 support for general inquiries and system admin tasks

Procurement, Logistics & AP Support .

· Compile and process invoices, vouchers, expenses, etc.
· Set up Vendors and be their administrative point of contact
· Maintain agency / search firm contacts
· Manage candidate travel reimbursements

Position Requirements

· Associates Degree or higher preferred
· 3 or more years of related experience including experience in a fast paced, enterprise environment
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Very strong Excel knowledge and skills (including pivots, formulas, macros, Vlookup, etc.); Good working knowledge of MS Power Point
· Experience with an Applicant Tracking (ATS) / Recruitment Management Systems (RMS).
· Prior experience within or interacting frequently with the Talent Acquisition / Recruiting/ Staffing team
· Eye for detail and ideally some data analysis experience
· Experience with technology solutions that standardize and improve operations
· Excellent English verbal & written communication skills
· Ability to multitask and juggle multiple responsibilities, effectively prioritize and execute tasks
· Strong customer service and organizational skills
· Works effectively in both independent and team environment
· Strong results orientation, with high sense of urgency
