As the head of the Public Cloud Development division, you will apply your knowledge of cloud and software architecture to manage development tasks associated with defining and delivering advanced, market leading hybrid cloud managed services.

Manage the development and go to market process of Public Cloud products involving departmental and cross-functional teams focused on the delivery and operational run of cloud services.

To facilitate on-time product delivery, you will work with a variety of stakeholders to discuss future development efforts, prioritize work, identify and resolve dependencies, and maintain organizational focus. You will provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. You will define and recommend new or changes to existing products/services/processes while collaborating on roadmaps, company initiatives and operational team governance policies.

Monitor the project from initiation through delivery, challenging decisions and removing barriers. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget boundaries. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and development staff while providing governance and high level technical support and direction.

Embrace an agile development framework. Direct and manage a global workforce across multiple time zones. Enforce the ability to empower developers to collaborate and make decisions together as a group quickly and effectively. Ensure adherence to agreed processes and appropriate utilization of the major Agile events – Feature/Epic definition, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, scrum of scrums and retrospectives.

Be held fiscally responsible for the delivery of development commitments within a variable budget. Ability to plan and adjust staffing based upon priorities and budget for inter/intra departmental requirements. Ability to communicate and to construct progress and budgetary status reporting.

Participate on customer facing presentations and demonstrations representing the Atos Hybrid and Public Cloud Services. Support sales and pre-sales colleagues for the closure of public cloud customer opportunities.

Manage the performance of your team members - set goals, monitor performance, coach and mentor, develop performance improvement plans, perform annual reviews, recommend training and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field, MBA is a plus
· 5 years experience managing the development and implementation of software products
· 5 years experience with enterprise cloud architecture experience, AWS, Azure, Google and Oracle is a plus
· 3 years of experience with Enterprise Public Cloud use cases and business value propositions
· 2 years of Agile software development experience
· Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills
· Analytical and leadership skills
· Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to team with peers to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and insuring our product and services meet within budget with high standards for excellence
· Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through internal and external organizations and individuals
