Project manager Sr

 

 

The function of Project Manager senior is positioned within the Acquiring Processing Division in Italy - Milan. The role is part of an international team of project managers and project support officers. The Project Manager will be end-to-end responsible for the realization of projects and changes in Acquiring domain in accordance with the equensWorldline project management methodology. Projects vary from Mandates & Compliance, investment and client related projects.

For this position we are looking for a Project Manager for the Modena program.

 

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

 

Your main tasks are

·  You will be responsible for (inter-) national projects concerning the further development of Acquiring services
·  You will be the point of contact and represent equensWorldline in projects at new and existing clients
·  You are able to manage projects and project teams in an independent manner.
·  You will be responsible for delivery of the project as well as cost control within projects.
·  You prepare financial and progress reports for the executive board
·  You have an up-to-date overview of the program planning, milestones, resource planning, etc. and ensure timely updates
·  You manage actively risks and issues, have mitigating measures in place and provide  timely updates

 

What do you have to offer?

·  A Bachelor and/or Master degree inEconomics or Information Management.
·  You have several years of professional experience in project management in a complex IT environment.
·  You are used to work in a dynamic environment.
·  Ideally you have experience in the Finance domain and more specifically with international payment/card processes.
·  Great communication skills; you know how to communicate with Board of Directors and people on the shop floor.
·  You are pragmatic, stillhighly organized and structured;you are result oriented and have a hands-on mentality
·  You show persistence and perseverance
·  Written and oral proficiency in English; preferably in French as well
·  Willingness to do European travel.
·  You are familiar with project management methodologies like Prince 2, and the agile way of work.
