I need an employee who:
• Will be responsible for customer service by phone (incoming traffic)
• One of his main tasks will be to establish, maintain good relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Will participate in registration of applications
• He has experience in customer service - direct or telephone (experience in working in a call center will be a great asset),
• Professional approach to work
• Positive attitude, ability to work in a team
• Good computer skills and MS Office, Siebel
• Good command of Polish and English
• Availability, readiness to work in shifts (24 7 365)
