To maximize the power of Pega, we create multi-disciplinary teams: people with a technical orientation work in close cooperation with business process-oriented people. Together they can make it happen!

Here we are specifically searching for new colleagues that take care of the business-oriented side of our projects. This means that you help customers in defining their digital transformation, in optimizing their processes using for example Lean, and in establishing the requirements for the Pega system. You will need strong capabilities in the field of organizational change, and in working in agile projects.

As we are typically working in projects that deal with the digital transformation of our customers, you should have a keen interest in state-of-the-art technology. We use dynamic case management, robotic process automation, mobile applications, advanced data analytics, decisioning and many more features of the Pega platform to reach the goals of our clients. You should be willing to really master these technologies to the level that you can explain them to our customers and discuss them with our development team.

As a Pega Business Architect you will be part of the BPI (Business Performance Improvement) team. This team consist of 40 consultants in the Netherlands who are working together to respond to a variety of strategic, tactical and operational questions. Our unique methodology is cross-domain and cross-solution oriented with process design as the key factor. We have a particular strong position in our specialisms: Lean Six Sigma, Industrie 4.0, The Pega Platform and Robotic Process Automation.

What we are looking for
A Pega Business Architect takes up responsibilities and has between 2 and 5 years experience, as a Pega Business Architect. You can also apply if you have worked as Business Architect in other environments.

To become our new colleague, you have a mix of personal and analytics skills and:

· a MSc degree in a study that clearly has a “business” direction in it;
· preferably a Pega Business Architect certification
· a real interest in technology;
· a high level of analytical thinking and working;
· you speak fluent Dutch and fluent English;
· the ability to empathize with clients in politically challenging environments;
· openness, integrity, entrepreneurship and the ambition to be successful;
· a broad vision on the market.
