O365/Teams Architect

 

Core Responsibilities:

 • Design and implement O365 solutions within an enterprise infrastructure

• Defining, creating and implementing global standards & artefacts for responsible technologies (High level, Low Level Designs)

• Assist with product life cycle management & evolution knowledge & capability to support their customer & support business unit growth.

• Pursues up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology trends and developments in areas of interest to the organization

• Drive and support service creations, Improvement, efficiencies and risk management for their respective service end to end. Minimum Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Exchange and O365 products including Voice, Skype/Teams, SharePoint and Lync

• Deep understanding of on premise, online and hybrid architecture

• Experience with implementation and migration to Office 365

• Microsoft Teams specific knowledge; Strong technical background, Experience with administrating Skype for Business Server or Lync Server, including federation, and an understanding of Skype for Business Online or Microsoft Teams (configuration, user administration, etc).

 • Expertise migrating medium and large enterprise clients to O365, or continuing their maturity inside of the Microsoft O365 technology stacks

 

Required experience:

• 5+ years of Exchange, SharePoint, and Lync/Skype experience

• Knowledge and working experience with Windows 2008 or later server infrastructures

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Office 365 administration.

• PowerShell script or equivalent demonstrated experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience.

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM

• Extensive written and oral communication skills (English)

•Must be able to travel 10% of the time.

 • Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizenship is required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

o MS-201: Implementing a Hybrid and Secure Messaging Platform

o MS-300: Deploying Microsoft 365 Teamwork

o MS-301: Deploying SharePoint Server Hybrid

o MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams

 

• Proficient in the following areas: o Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO)

o Active Directory management and methodologies

o Windows filesystem and registry o Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)

o Security (Permissions, Antivirus, Firewalls and disk encryptions
