NetworkEngineer have the opportunity to work with new technologies and state-of-the-art equipment supporting a major software corporation within an enterprise class data center. The engineer is the smarthands on support performing tasks such as hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, server imaging, configuration, rebuild and decommissions. The Engineer performs routine and emergency requests through service request tickets.. This position includes customer interaction that requires good written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional technical capabilities. Data Centre Smarthands – HW Installation,Relocation, Decom & Structure Cabling Service ticket activity, customer calls, and service levels. Vendor Management Record, manage, and maintain an accurate physical hardware inventory. Perform physical hardware audits. Perform hardware warranty/RMA requests. Coordinate deliveries and transport requests. Perform physical material packaging and shipping.
