Responsibilities: 

 

·  Maintaining exchange rates - daily and monthly
·  Creation of Vendors, Customers and Products
·  Dealing with insolvency and bankruptcy
·  Unify SSD Monthly Report
·  Critical changes for Vendors, Customers including Block / Unblock / flag for deletion
·  Critical changes for Products
·  Processing of respective transactions in SAP
·  Communication with respective people / departments for clarification of the requests
·  Handling exception and unclear cases for creation / changes
·  Setting up SEPA mandates
·  Creation and updating of a Repair accounts
·  Spare part create / convert - PMD, SAP, PRISMA
·  BoM / MOL creation
·  Build license / assurance in PRISMA
·  Status change in PRISMA
·  Proseco crash - Import of files into Proseco
·  Communication with respective people / departments for clarification of the requests
·  Any additional or ad-hock tasks as requested by direct superior

 

 

Requirements:

 

·  BS/BA  or advanced degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance
·  0-1 years experience in relevant field
·  Experience of working with ERP systems (SAP), MS Office in particular Excel and Word(advanced excel skills are a plus), Enterprise Data Flows and Systems (ERP, etc.)
·  Good Analytical Skills
·  Very Good Networking and Communication Skills
·  Customer orientation
·  High English Language Skills
·  German Language Skills are a plus
