Aufgaben

Ihre Tätigkeiten umfassen die folgenden Aufgaben:

· Sie sind verantwortlich für den Second Level Support im Bereich New-Services.
· Dabei betreuen Sie insbesondere LINUX-basierte Applikationen.
· Sie unterstützen den laufenden Betrieb der bereits bestehenden Services und arbeiten aktiv an deren Weiterentwicklung durch Migrationen und Changes mit.
· Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören ebenso das Incident- und Problemmanagement nach ITIL sowie die Durchführung von Funktionstests und das Erstellen der erforderlichen Betriebsdokumentationen.
· Sie sorgen für die Implementierung der Überwachung und fungieren als Hauptansprechpartner der internen Kollegen bezüglich Fragen zu den von Ihnen betreuten Services.
· Für die von Ihnen betreuten Services sind Sie ebenfalls in der Projektarbeit involviert mit dem Ziel der Übernahme neuer Services in Produktion.
· Sie nehmen an der 7*24 Rufbereitschaft teil.

Anforderungen

· Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
· Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Shell-Scripting und SQL sowie ein grundsätzliches Verständnis für (Oracle-)Datenbanken
· Darüber hinaus haben Sie Erfahrung mit UNIX, LINUX, Windows Servern.
· Sie sind fit im Umgang mit Webservern, Application Servern und Servlet Containern (Apache, JBoss, Tomcat, etc.)
· Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
· Sie haben ein natürliches Interesse daran sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten.
· Kundenorientierung ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
