What you will actually do on the job:

·  Lead the support for the end to end assignment lifecycle for employees within the International Mobility space, including the management of existing and new assignment requests and related activities
·  Be a single point of contact for employees and assignment managers to provide advice and guidance as required
·  Act as a vital link within the wider HR organization, ensuring ‘One HR Team Approach’
·  Executes IM processes for the UK&I region within the assignment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the UK legal requirements such as immigration, tax, labour law and social security.
·  Engagement and liaison with all International Mobility partners- internal and external
·  Input and support on key policy development or implementation in areas aligned to International Mobility
·  Assist in managing all tax compliance programs, including tax vendor management and support tax preparation services and payment of tax equalisation settlements
·  Undertake assignee surveys, developing actions and findings and implementing action plans
·  Support with overall International Mobility team administration, such as raising purchase orders, invoicing and responding to queries from vendors
·  Managing payments and payroll instructions for employee expense payments in line with General company policy
·  To build, develop and maintain an external network sharing and gaining insights into standard methodologies

What are we on the lookout for:

·  Previous HR experience
·  Experience in managing International Assignments and end-to-end relocation and transition process for international assignees will be a huge advantage
·  Ability to work in fast paced environment maintain accurate records
·  Flexibility & adaptability to changing requirements dictated by business demands
·  Excellent verbal and written communication in English
