Intern - Human Resources

 

Location -

Mason, OH  (Must be available to start immediately and work onsite)

 

Summary - 

Atos is seeking a university intern to help drive and support the company's employee experience ambition throughout North America. You will be responsible for the execution of our robust HR employee engagement initiatives and will bring new ideas and approaches to our model. This role is heavily focused on communications and project management and delivery.  You will work on a variety of programs, planning and controlling multiple projects and initiatives.  Areas of focus will be on Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Social Corporate Responsibility, Wellness, Work/Life Balance and general HR emerging trends.  You will also be working in a multi-national, large corporate environment with exposure to senior leadership – presenting many of your ideas and making suggestions for improvement in areas of communication, emerging trends among students and benefits for new joiners to the organization. 

 

Key Accountabilities –

·  Design and execute diversity strategies across the company, under the leadership of the Global Diversity Officer and Head of We Are Atos. 
·  Help build and deliver Social Value, Wellbeing, Work life, and Employee Experience with Customer programs across North America.
·  Host activities and employee events related to diversity and employee engagement.
·  Develop an active social media campaign and following with the support of the HR Director over Employee Experience.
·  Assist the Atos Affinity Groups with event programming and development.
·  Track program metrics and Key Performance Indicators.
·  Continue to drive the diversity & inclusion momentum throughout the organization. Keep current on diversity programs and developments.
·  Continue to improve the overall employee experience for all generations in the Atos NAO environment.

 

Essential Skills –

·  Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology or related degree.
·  GPA of 3.0 or greater
·  Computer experience to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
·  Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Strong leadership skills
·  Detail oriented and organized
·  Strong initiative and goal oriented to meet task deadlines

 

Preferred -

·  Senior student
·  Experience in the end-to-end planning and execution of events and programs
·  Creative and takes initiative, forward thinking, executing to differing leadership styles and expectations
·  Presentation development and delivery to all levels of the organization
·  Ability to communicate and delegate effectively across cultures
