Au sein de la DRH de Worldline, sur un périmètre international, votre principale mission est d’accompagner l’équipe People Development sur ses principaux champs d’intervention (Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance management, Communauté d’Experts) notamment sur :

 

 ·Participation à la mise en œuvre, et suivi de dispositifs de formation

·Communication : Mise à jour des supports de communication, construction et animation de Webinars

·Support d'outils de gestion de performance et de formation, accompagnement à distance, réalisation de FAQ, réception traitement des questions

·Réalisation de différents reports permettant de suivre les KPI

 

De formation BAC + 4 cursus universitaire (Master 1 Ressources Humaines) ou Ecole de Commerce avec spécialisation RH, de nature curieuse, vous êtes autonome, proactif et disposez de qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles en français et en anglais (anglais opérationnel requis).
