Job Description
Troubleshoots via the phone hardware, software and network operating problems involves technical resources to ennsure resolution.
Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users.
Identifies, investigates and researches user questions and problems as well as isolating and resolving information system problems.
Serves as technical adivsors to users with complex issues by resolving or conferring with technical personnel.
Recommends system or process improvements, including procedures, training and enchanced documentation.
The incumbent oversees and coordinates with quick response customer support team and interfaces with clients (over the phones or other support channels) to troubleshoot, analyze and diagnose more complex issues and engaged appropriate technical resources to resolve client issues.
Works with minimal amount of supervision to provide prompt and professional helpdesk through quick processing and prioritization of a variety of problems.
Job Requirements
• Candidates must have Excellent English communication skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support experience is required.
• Strong team player
• Must be able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills
