Head of Marketing, Branding and Communication

Activities :

·  Top Management:  Advising the image and managing the social profile of Head of South America,
·  Internal comms: 
·  build internal comms plan integrating global and local initiatives on various topics ( HR, IT, Security, Business, Organization,….),
·  support & create local initiatives,
·  create internal events,
·  develop employer branding strategy
·  External comms:
·  issue PR on regular basis,
·  managing PR agencies both aligned with Group process,
·  create awareness campaign,  
·  develop employer branding strategy
·  Marketing :
·  Growth Marketing
·  Mapping and study of competition, products, and strategy
·  Bid support, exec summary support (Definition of narratives for the sales team according to the portfolio) …
·  Creating client’s stories
·  Creating strategic campaign (mailing, digital campaign…)
·  Digital Event / partners event
·  Fluent in English and Spanish
