The candidate has a strong experience on card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc..) compliance and mandates to deal directly with card schemes entities and with external clients to focus on discussing compliance and mandates solutions and gathering business requirements.

The candidate will elicitate requirements, based on input of internal and external clients/stakeholders, in a structured manner (adhering to the requirements process). He/she has a leading role (accountable) in the requirements elicitation.

Based upon the requirements, he/she support the Solution Architects and Information Analysts/Engineers application experts to design the solutions and to define the impacts. Depending on the request, the solution varies between very high level and the most detailed level.

The impact of the solution also includes budget estimations which the candidate need gather from all stakeholders involved, including external suppliers. This requires a lot of teamwork and interaction with staff in other teams.

He/she has a lot of contact with (internal and external) clients, external suppliers and colleagues about the required functionalities and solution in an international context.

Concretely this means the following activities:

· Co-responsible for the (establishing of) the requirements management process;
· Responsible to analyze the documents delivered by the cards schemes entities and to evaluate the possible impact;
· Elicitation (align, advise, analyze, assort, describe & review) of the all requirements following the agreed process;
· Manage a lot of contact with (internal and external) clients, card schemes entities (Visa, Mastercard, etc), external suppliers and colleagues about the required functionalities and solution in an international context:
· Realization of (ad hoc) information analysis (from high to detailed level) and/or functional specifications;
· Strong counterparty (for functional aspect related to scheme compliance and mandates) for our supplier and clients.
· Advice and support projects during their life cycle;
· Advise and support business development activities;
· Support the realization of functional test plans;
· Advise and support other centers on their questions (related to card schemes compliance and mandate services);
· Plan own work and in some cases coordinate the work of other information analysts / engineers;
· Quality control on products delivered by other team members (peer reviews)

Required skills

· At least Higher Vocational level with a relevant background or relevant working experience in card payment issuing services (5 years or more);
· Strong experience in dealing with the various card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc) also covering a key role in contact with card schemes entities and external clients for such topics (5 years or more)
· Deep functional knowledge of issuing and acquiring card business;
· Working experience on CAMS 2.6 application or CAMS1 for at least 3 years is preferred;
· Relevant experience on Requirements Engineering;
· Extensive experience on Information Analysis and Functional Designs;
· Pro-active attitude, able to align with all stakeholders and recipients of the deliverables and focused on delivering the agreed deliverables in time and quality;
· The candidate is fluent in Italian and English, spoken and written, working in an international team and environment;
· Italian mother tongue or good level of Italian language, to interface the Italian clients, for collecting the needs and discussing the solutions;
· The candidate is willing to travel abroad, if needed, for internal projects;

An IREB certificate is an advantage.
