Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Application Management support for FICO module at site/off site where deputed
· Incident Management : Analyze symptoms, define the problem and provide the solution
· Ensure timely closure of tickets within agreed SLAs
· Change request coordination
· Continuous interaction with the internal and external partners during the entire solution lifecycle
· Conduct end user trainings and Internal know how transfer.
· Coordinate with other consultants across module and across projects.

Technical skills:

· Sound functional and SAP knowledge of following business Processes pertaining to FICO Module

General Ledger, Accounts Payable / Receivables, Fixed Assets, Financial Closing, Cost Accounting,

Profitability Analysis.

· Working knowledge of integration with other modules (PP, SD, MM)
· Knowledge of Taxation will be added advantage
· Should have done SAP certification in FI/CO

Other skills:

· Keenly aligned toward customer focus
· Accurate and logical problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
· Good in documentation, an organized individual with excellent verbal and written abilities
· Good Interpersonal skills
· Aptitude toward system / business analysis

Education and Working Experience:

· Formal Education Level : Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), MBA (Finance)
· Functional Experience : 4-6 years
· SAP Experience in MM Module : 2-4 years ( Including at least two end-to-end implementation experience)
