Responsibilities

· Take an active role in understanding skill gaps of employees to help create schedules.
· Work directly with internal teams to develop technical and functional skills needed to complete assignments.
· Configuring scheduling jobs and workflows with Dollar Universe (\$U) with the tasks, dependencies and other configuration required to build the batch.
· ITIL based service delivery
· Dealing with service requests, incidents, changes and failures.
· On-call-support outside business hours

Required

·
Hands on experience of the Dollar Universe (\$U) V5 and V6.

·
Excellent knowledge in reading scripts. Advanced knowledge in \$U L3 activities.

· Troubleshooting the application, installing agents
· Resource concept for jobs and file transfers
· Have good scripting knowledge like Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby
· Understanding of ITIL process
· Possess strong communication skills for interaction with different stakeholders technical and non-technical.
