Group Personal Data & Privacy Protection legal internee

Strategy

·  Research on Data Protection and support in the maintenance of the Data Protection SharePoint Space
·  Benchmark personal data & privacy protection contract practice with competitors
·  Drafting and review Intra Group Agreements for Binding Corporate Rules and Data Protection POA
·  Follow up on the progress of the roll-out and use of the Atos Binding Corporate Rules at global level
·  Definition and drafting position papers based on Data Portection Authorities Practice

 

Support to operations

·  Reviewing and drafting contractual clauses and agreements (sales & procurement)
·  Assisting operations in the negotiation of contractual clauses (sales & procurement)
·  Assist operations in the drafting of & review of CADP (Compliance Assessment for Data Processing) and DPIAs (Data Privacy Impact Assessments) to evaluate implemented process.
·  Follow up on the deployment and implementation of standard clauses / drafting of new standard clauses
·  Conduct regular reviews of processes / manage personal data protection register of processes
·  Raise awareness of GDPR and other applicable legislation
·  Give advice of personal data processing at global level

 

Awareness

·  Help in the monitoring of legislative evolutions in the personal data & privacy protection landscape

Training

 

·  Draft content for the Personal Data & Privacy Protection SharePoint Space

 

Profile

·  An international profile speking French and English is required for this position
·  Degree in law is required, ideally complemented by an LLM
·  A first experience as an internee in an international company ideally in the new technologies sector (software, IT service provider).
·  Expert knowledge of data protection law and practices, including the GDPR
·  Good knowledge of other legal areas relevant to the IT industry, e.g. intellectual property laws.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, English.  
·  An international experience working as local and global team member is appreciated.
