 Dans l’objectif de renforcer nos équipes évoluant autour des paiements monétiques, nous recherchons un(e) chargé(e) de clientèle. Vous serez amené à travailler avec des clients du monde bancaire français mais également à l’international. Nos activités sont de type Front Office mais également Back Office sur l’acquisition de transactions bancaires.

Les principales missions:

·  Prendre en charge la communication avec le client sur des demandes spécifiques
·  Analyser avec l'équipe exploitation les incidents bloquants et réaliser les rapports afférents
·  Réaliser des propositions commerciales sur les demandes prévues au catalogues des services et suivre/rendre compte sur l’implémentation de ces demandes.
·  Participer au maintien à jour du catalogue des services
·  Analyser et transmettre les rapports sur les volumes traités par le système
·  Participer à l’analyse des indicateurs de service
·  Organiser et animer les comités d’exploitation client (COMEX)
·  Suivre l’avancement des actions COMEX dont les actions d’améliorations du niveau de service de la production
·  Participer à la rédaction des procédures internes
·  S’assurer de la bonne facturation des services rendus.

 

Profil / Compétences requises:

·  Enseignement supérieur, école de commerce ou équivalent
·  Sens du service au client
·  Bon relationnel interne et externe
·  Esprit d’analyse
·  Bon rédactionnel
·  Autonomie et sens de la priorisation

 Le poste est proposé dans la région Centre, basé à Blois.
