Job description

We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated, pro-active and structured team player, result and quality oriented person, who could join our Contract Monitoring Team, located primarily in Timisoara in order to drive and to manage Customer Contract(s) for services provided out of Managed Services line.

Main Responsibilities

 Customer Relationship

o Work with the Delivery and Counterpart from Demand Country to gain understanding of their contracts

(Service orders), the business context and the priorities of the projects;

o Takes part of the meetings needed for their daily operational role for clarification gaps (Eg. Missing

Purchasing Orders, mapping correct employees per project, invoice clarifications, debates in respect of Actual vs WIP etc.);

 Operations

o Prepare calculations for projects ( monthly overviews) and monthly recharging;

o Manage the O2C process (Eg. Weekly clarifications / notification for outstanding invoices);

o WIP computation at project level on a monthly basis;

o Outlook per project;

o Manage ESS requests (Eg. Creation of WBSs elements, changing names and approvals, various

reports for normal vs overtime Hours , set up TP for employees and all related ESS topics);

o SPOC for Timesheets Completeness (weekly/monthly reports for checking missing hours/ exceeded

hours);

o SPOC in case of escalations for projects in their portfolio;

o FIT administrator (E.g. : creating charge-to-IDs, WU projects , settlements in Nessie for WU

projects);

o Calculation of Productivity KPI;

o Ensure that the commercial processes for Intercompany are successfully managed along the project

lifecycle through implementation of the relevant Global policies and standards;

o Set up contracts evidence between MS RO and Atos entities;

Experience and requirements

1. Technical skills & Education:

 at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position; she/he has worked in a corporate environment in

similar roles;

 Knowledge of SAP System is a plus;

 Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite;

 University graduate in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration or related area; master degree in related field as a plus.

2. Soft skills:

 Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure;

 Strong Customer orientation;

 Team player and strong communicator;

3. Language skills:

 Excellent command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
