Job Description: SMS BPO - Semi Voice

Roles & Responsibilities:

· To manage call or workflow process queues and resource utilization through scheduling and workforce deployment.
· To schedule jobs for field staff and liaise with field which includes chasing the field team to get the job outcomes and update in the system.
· To coordinate with the field team manager to ensure field optimization.
· To typically use workflow management tools and platform.
· To handle query resolution from the internal teams.
· To efficiently pull out/verify/update information and close transactions in the prescribed formats on the internal systems.
· They typically go through pre - process and process training prior to production.

Competencies Required

· Ability to learn the relevant process as per the specified plan & undergo future cross-trainings as per the business requirement.
· Possess good communication skills – oral & written.
· Demonstrate working knowledge on MS Office applications.
· Analytical skills & Logical reasoning.
· Basic keyboard skills
· Ability to work in a team – be a team player.
· Be result oriented and quality conscious.
· Have a customer centric approach.
