Automation test analyst -Primary - Selenium, Jmeter, Batch Automation, Robot Framework

Job description

Responsibilities:
• Develop Automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity and reusability.
• Provide technical coordination to the automation team to ensure minimal duplication of efforts through maximum reuse of defined solutions
• Proficient at decomposing requirements and developing test automation for projects of simple to high complexity
• Practices automation development efficiency, maintainability and reusability -Assist in managing and improving the coding standards
• Provides accurate implementation level estimates and delivers on them
• Understands software quality best practices, test strategy and planning, test case -development, test case deployment and execution, test data, defect tracking, and test automation; actively participates in process improvements
• Demonstrate a mature and sophisticated approach to problem solving.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with others
• Experience in executing PoCs, evaluation of various tools as required and present to clients.
Interfaces: To be able to deal with GBU as well as customer counterparts.
Communication skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical skills:
• Strong DevOps, Agile understanding is MUST
• Should have sound knowledge of multiple development methodologies (TDD, BDD etc)
• Experience on Selenium, Jenkins, Cucumber, Protractor and equivalent tool is MUST.
• Experience in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks with industry standards.
• Sound working experience on Core JAVA and other scripting language is MUST
