Main Purpose of Job

The Service Design Architect will have a detailed knowledge of technology, augmented by demonstrable digital strategy and agile delivery experience, with a proven record of delivery for service architecture solutions within large-scale enterprise and cloud environments.

The key responsibilities for the role are:

· Defining and shaping the new service model for Cloud native explainations
· Setting the operational acceptance criteria for projects delivered by the Atos Centre of Excellence
· Design the suite of KPIS that will be included with the contract for application lifecycle management
· Creation of Service Architectures that maximise the efficiency of all support scenarios whilst minimising the costs for Service Delivery
· Design and shaping of service levels and contract service schedules

Key Skills

The key skills for the role:

· Service Design – Bridging ITSM/Devops methodology (Continuous integration/Continuous deployment vs Release management/Configuration management, Bug Fixing vs Incident Management etc)
· Design Thinking
· Transitioning into Agile application management delivery model.
· Ability to propose Business KPI’s & appropriate IT KPI’s for Devops delivery model
· Presales experience & Solution designing.
· Certified in AWS Sysops/Devops/Solution Architect.
· Experience in managing Application life cycle engagement.
· Service Acceptance.
· Distributed Delivery expert - Anchoring delivery from various factories.
· Streamlining the alignment with InfoSec
