Job Description
• Ensure up to date process documentation related to resource unit collection process
• Collect and report on monthly billing data ensuring consistency between various requests and that all data submitted is properly reviewed and approved
• Support Account Service Teams to ensure efficient and effective contract support
• Responsible for complete and accurate customer invoicing
• Support the systems behind internal business processes such as analysis of billing data and contract analysis for key business performance. Assess and make recommendations for systems improvement solutions.
• Transition: implement billing processes and structure for new customers according to ATOS policies and process
• Support process improvements and other special projects
Job Requirements
• Knowledge of business and finance
• Strong oral and written communication skills, effective in educating colleagues
• Able to perform trend analysis
• Able to assess data integrity, identify root causes and develop correct actions
• Able to design, develop and administer transactional and analytical data constructs/structure
• Required to be advanced user with Excel, Analytics, and Access. Proficient use of MS Office , SharePoint
• Aware of relational database concepts; record layouts and data models residing in multiple systems
• IT infrastructure outsourcing experience with exposure to high value services (e.g. Infrastructure: Servers, Storage, Windows, Linux/Unix, Workplace services).
• Ability to drive process improvements
• Hands-on experience in reporting/analytics for IT Operations or Service delivery and use of reporting tools (ITIL experience or ITIL Certified)
• Experience reading and understanding RU/Billing contracts
• IT infrastructure outsourcing experience with exposure to high value services (e.g. Infrastructure: Servers, Storage, Windows, Linux/Unix, Workplace services), knowledge of a plus
• Ability to identify process gaps
• Basic knowledge in reporting/analytics for IT Operations or Service delivery and use of reporting tools
• Experience reading and understanding RU/Billing definitions/contracts
