Business analysis & requirements management, comprising:

· Working within and feeding back into the enterprise & business architecture;
· Taking responsibility for the analysis of the business, its processes, organisation, systems and data;
· Capture of the customer requirements and their processing into detailed functional and non-functional requirements from which specifications and designs can be developed;
· Taking responsibility for traceability;
· Ensure that corporate and project standards are applied and maintained;
· Driving the end-to-end requirements management process;
· Taking a Product Owner role on Agile projects;
· Team leadership, for business analysts, on large projects.
· Performance Management: formal appraisal of more junior staff.
