As part of Atos HR 2020 ambition the new HR operating model boost for synergizing WFM, Recruiting, trainings for a better end-to-end business support. With this new update Global L&D requires a training and development specialist in particular for supporting the development and implementation of key learning programs within Global L&D (with a focus on Atos International group) main Academies and Global Training Programs , that will help in enhacing the above synergy through their promotion, rollout, optimization, evaluation and certification.
Missions:
- Support the development and implementation of different learning programs within Global L&D main Academies and training and development initiatives: promotion, rollout, optimization, evaluation and certification
- Manage individual training requests: contact suppliers, supervision of the training administration, budget management
- Create and manage L&D reports as well as ensure legal obligations (French mainly)
- Management of training management system: SuccessFactor, and collaboration with L&D back office and training providers.
- Focus on Global training programs and Academies on different training and development initiatives for Atos division and functions.
- Contribution and support on innovative learning solutions
- Many international contacts: written and verbal. Very good communication and stakeholder management skills will be required.
Profile:
- Very good communication and stakeholder management skills will be required.
- English and French fluency is required.
