MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

The mission of engineers in industry is to develop products through innovative technical solutions and efficient processes that sustainably ensure quality, sustainability and competitiveness.

• Independent development of specifications for machine and plant projects in collaboration with machine operators, shift and team leaders, production management, and process engineering

• Implementation of machine and plant procurement projects with regard to cost and deadlines

• Regular presentation of project progress

• Collaboration with employees at their respective workstations or on the production line

• Joint development of the database with the process engineering department

• Training, expansion, and correction of the existing layout of Thermic Energy GmbH

• Further development of manufacturing processes

• Development of change recommendations

• Workplace design

• Machine optimization

• Adaptation of machines to new products

• In certain cases, internal design of assemblies to meet all these requirements

BACKGROUND :

• Completed technical apprenticeship / study (in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation technology, or equivalent)

• Project management experience

• Experience in the planning of machines and plants

•  Several years of experience (minimum 3 years) in industrial engineering are advantageous

•  Very good knowledge of and experience with AutoCAD for layout planning and SolidWorks for 3D design are desirable

•  Very good MS Office skills

•  Good English skills (written and spoken) are required
