Poste et missions:
The Customer Support is responsible for the function of the whole IT Customer Hard, Software, Security and Support Process :
- PC / Laptop environment
- Periphery devices (printer, scanner, monitor, etc...)
- Client Operating systems
- Windows and linux
- Microsoft Office Application
- Antivirus Software
- Other client software
- Ticket Process in Helpdesk System
- Documentation
- Project work
- Web conference tool support
- PBX Support
- Provide advice to users and optimal usage of IT Tools (hardware and office productivity software)
- Deploy, maintain and fix laptops, desktops, peripherals, phones and various system Tools used by end user
- Infrastructure support on demand, assist in maintenance Equipment, cabling, WAN, LAN and Wireless
- Maintain accurate information on all assets and software license
- Contact person for incidents during normal working hours
Profil:
- Good IT Client knowledge and experience in hardware / software, security and IT process environment
- Good client Microsoft Operating System and office application knowledge and experience
- Good English & French abilities in verbal and writing
- Minimum of 2 years' experience & eduction in IT
- Experience in Project Work
- Good documentation skills
- Reliable and sustainable working approach
