We support our channel partners from initial consultation, planning and design, engineering build through to implementation and post-sales care.
Role
Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not restricted to:
Accounts Payable – Initial 3 months
- Processing invoices on Microsoft AX against purchase orders and goods receipts
- Processing overhead invoices on Microsoft AX in accordance with approval matrixes
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Invoice and statement query resolution
VAT & Intrastat
- Assist the VAT accountant with raising VAT related credits and re-invoices
- Assist the VAT accountant with Intrastat returns
Financial Accounting
- Assist with revenue recognition testing at quarter ends
- Assist with accruals and prepayments
- Coding overhead invoices
- Assist with ensuring SOX requirements are met
- Assist with Intercompany rec’s and discrepancy resolution
Management Accounting
- Weekly margin analysis on a selection of vendors
- Margin query resolution with Ops and Vendor teams
- Posting margin adjustments
Person specification
- Finance graduate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication & team working skills

Hours of Work
The company’s standard hours of work are 9.00am – 5.30 pm with one hour for lunch, however due to the nature of this role flexibility will be required in order to meet the needs of the role.
