The first part of the mission will takes place in UK, and the second part in Poland.
The HR Associate is a critical member of the EMEA HR Solutions Center team. The EMEA HR Solutions Center Team is a versatile first point of contact for all HR related inquiries, assisting employees with general HR questions and managers with employee lifecycle administration. Provides scalable administration of regional HR programs and specialized solutions such as: HR Process & Project Management, HR Policy & Compliance, HR Technology and HR Reporting. This role provides first level support to employees across the region, on a variety of HR related topics, from policy and procedure, to technology support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, and case management system)
- Answer HR policy-related questions, such as the EPR, Goal setting, Merit Review, Talent review, and other, providing guidance to both managers and employees, and escalating as appropriate
- Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow’s HRIS) and other systems
- Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team
- Execute critical HR initiatives to deliver best-in-class employee services, including communications of HR initiatives and logistic support to training and HR programs
- Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries
Work and Educational Experience:
- Typically requires 2-4 years of relevant and related HR or Administrative experience
- 2 year degree or High school graduate and equivalent experience or equivalent related experience
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable
