In order to achieve this accelerated growth we are currently hiring for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our thriving team. This is not an opportunity for the faint-hearted, as this journey will be key to our success in supporting this rapid expansion.

As the Talent Acquisition Administrator you will be part of the global sourcing function for our rapidly growing global needs. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Services Lead, India, the role requires you to work with the Global Talent Acquisition team to build Strategic, pro- active candidate pipelines to prepare for mid/long term recruitment goals or project-based activities.

You will also be responsible for providing candidate interview scheduling support to our recruitment team based across the world while operating out of our Bangalore office in India. You will be required to ensure candidates interview experience is positive from start to finish as you will be the candidates primary source of contact for assistance and any kind of interview information.

Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

·  Source, engage and present top talent either on a role-specific basis or as part of a wider strategic project/ pipelining exercise
·  Working with Talent Acquisition Advisors & Hiring Managers across the globe to Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and the internal ATS
·  Proactively research and generate new/creative sourcing ideas & build knowledge base of individuals, industries and markets
·  Keep abreast of trends, developments and industry activity
·  Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
·  Maintain and develop internal database - Enter and track candidate information in ARM database and ensure appropriate parties and stakeholders have access to all the necessary information required
·  Schedule all interviews - Take ownership and accountability to drive all aspects of interview scheduling process through pro-active communication, diligence and anticipation – coordinate with hiring managers, HR and Talent Acquisition teams
·  Control complex calendar management when scheduling of internal and external interviews, meetings and facilities across multiple time zones and locations, using a variety of different facilities (i.e. video conference, telephone, Skype, face to face).
·  Manage candidate travel and expenses and all administrative support functions for the Talent Acquisition team
·  Manage multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverable
·  Raising and goods receipting purchase orders

Competencies and Skills:

·  A proven recruiter or administrator with 2- 4 years of experience, who has global recruiting knowledge or sourcing experience from a search firm and/ or in-house Talent Acquisition team also has a track record in managing multiple calendars , often in international time zones
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to engage with global candidates by phone and email and explain job descriptions
·  Impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills
·  Strong business acumen to understand business needs and structure
·  Creative thinking to continuously come up with innovative ways of identifying, connecting and engaging with candidates and current knowledge with social technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Career Portals, ATS), sourcing methodologies and tools
·  Experience of operating in a complex, international, fast paced environment, such as technology or recruitment, where juggling conflicting demands against tight deadlines is the norm
·  Very high degree of accuracy and diligence
·  Highly conversant with Excel, Outlook, Word
·  Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects autonomously
·  Excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with high profile managers inside or outside the company, and confidential information
·  Ability to make informed and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties
·  Reacts with appropriate levels of urgency and tenacity to situations that require quick response or turnaround
·  Thinks ahead and troubleshoots - removes obstacles before they become problems
·  Remains focused and calm under pressure
