About the role:

With the objective of extending ARM and partner-based teaching into more universities and higher education institutions, the ARM University Program is seeking a content creator who will develop ARM-based teaching and training materials packaged and tailored to professors and educators’ use.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated interest in technology, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Create technical content and produce teaching and training materials for the use of educators worldwide, in various formats including documents and videos
·  Work in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to meet content development project constraints (quality, time and cost)
·  Work with the ARM ecosystem partners to build and program appropriate hardware and software platforms to perform a wide range of tasks to meet specific learning outcomes
·  Assist and build appropriate hardware and software platforms for various teaching courses based on ARM and partner technologies;
·  Program and configure the above platforms to perform a wide range of tasks to meet specific learning outcomes;
·  Maintain the above material in line with emerging developments from ARM and partners;
·  Optimise and automate the above process to reduce the production cost and increase the operation efficiency
·  Contribute to the development of the business strategy, marketing plans and operation execution of the ARM University Programme

Job Requirements

What skills, experience and qualifications do I need for the role?

Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

Essential Skills:

·  Experience in embedded systems and digital systems design
·  Good understanding of computer architecture
·  Good knowledge of the C/C++ and assembly languages
·  Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills in English (oral and written)
·  Ability to work under supervision and independently

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

·  Teaching and training material development and packaging
·  Video production software and animation tools
·  Scripting languages
·  Teaching experience at University/College level
