Introduction

2017 Graduate Data Analyst/Developer
The Development Systems Group (DSG) of ARM develops and markets Software Development Suites as an end-to-end solution for software development supporting all ARM® processors and ARM CoreSight™ debug technology.

The DSG Operations team is part of Development Systems Group and is based in Cambridge, UK. The team is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of DSG’s business including managing the divisions budget and reporting information of Sales

Job Purpose
The Development Systems Group maintains and reports from several in–house systems that provide essential information to the business.
We are looking for a graduate to help further develop these systems to provide easily accessible information to various parts of the organisation.

The successful candidate will be expected to take a full and active role in all aspects of the team. Their main focus will be on developing report and software applications, and providing proactive and reactive support to DSG sales and marketing.

Job Requirements

Are you a good fit for ARM?
The successful candidate will have completed a university degree studying a course with a significant programming and software engineering element to it; such as Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electronic Engineering.

Essential skills and Experience:
• Programming skills in at least 1 high level programming language such as C++/C#
• Knowledge of databases, SQL and database design methodologies
• A keen general interest in software engineering, computer science.
• A careful and conscientious approach to work
• Enthusiasm to develop new skills and applications

It’s a bonus if you also have:
• Knowledge of SAP and Business Objects or Tableau
