· As a Studio Production Assistant, you will gain insight to all operations across the Studio and work with a variety of different people to build your knowledge and experience. You will be responsible for supporting the studio in a variety of roles to ensure we deliver high quality service and content to tight deadlines. You will be responsible for all product flow, ensuring that the product is received on time and ensure that the product is supplied to the relevant member of the creative team in line with the studio schedule.

Key responsibilities will include:

Assist the Studio Manager with production of studio schedules daily to ensure that you are aware of all production requirements for the week ahead. Supporting the team to achieve all KPI’s and SLA’s
Responsible for maintaining studio housekeeping and health and safety standards in line with the Bedford Studio Guidelines
Responsible for making sure all samples are stored in the designated storage areas
Responsible for making sure product is steamed and ready for shooting. You will then locate this in an area which is designated to the relevant photographer/stylist

Key skills:

Confident communicator, both verbally and written
Be proactive and know how to take initiative
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Experience and the ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
Eager to learn and grasp new information quickly
Experience working in a fashion or photographic studio is desirable
