The main purpose of this role is to support the marketing team by:

Implementing the annual promotion plans

Produce weekly BAU (multi-channel digital briefs) for both the UK and ROI website using information given by the trading teams.
Create specific spreadsheets (search returns) for all promotional priorities which contain all products to be included in the online promotions, overviewing the legality of the promotion before issuing it to the online teams.
Support in checking the implementation of the promotional brief is accurate online both before and after it has gone live on the UK & ROI website.
Carry out ad hoc support for the entire marketing planning team by updating various multi-channel briefs when required.
