· Ensure Yodel have clear view of peak requirements to ensure capability is in place
Establish regular communications process with the Home Delivery operational teams
Issue actions and minutes from key meetings and escalate where appropriate
Support on going developments within the teams
Escalations
Escalation of high priority incidents to both internal and external teams, in line with agreed protocol
Provide updates to the Operations Manager regarding ongoing and repeat issues with suggested next steps.
Reporting
Produce daily and weekly reports, analyse and suggest action as required to respond where service has not met expectation and support improvement actions
How I will succeed
Listening and acting on feedback, ensuring effort is focused in the right areas and on the customer at all times
Timely and accurate communications in line with current plans to support volume and operational changes
Consistently achieving designated tasks and duties to a high standard within required timescales
Develop good relationships across commercial teams, CMC and operations to ensure all teams are aligned
Delivering clear and concise verbal and written communications. Looking for ways to support colleagues at all times
What I need to know
Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Access skills
Knowledge of report creation and analysis in Excel
Good organisation and diary control
Ability to present and explain plans in a way different teams can understand and action
Effective use of communication tools, email, Skype etc.
Knowledge of the current Home Delivery processes

Proven analytical ability with ability to simplify complex data
Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
Ability to work in a team environment to achieve service levels
