The Tu Studio is part of Bradwell Media – Our In-House content creation studios, creating content for the Sainsbury's group (Sainsbury's, Argos, Habitat and Tu) for use across all channels and platforms. A unique, creative and fun environment based across 3 locations, Milton Keynes, Coventry & Bedford. A large team of Creative and Technical experts creating content for a wide array of General Merchandise, Jewellery and Fashion products.

The Tu Studio in particular is our state of the art Fashion studio producing Photography and video content for Tu.co.uk & Tu@Argos. Tu is a fast growing fashion brand and the fantastic content produced by Tu Studio critical part of creating a truly exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

As a Fashion Retoucher & Photographer, you will report into the studio manager and will be responsible for creating & editing market leading photography content for all clothing and accessories for TU, ensuring it is on brand and styled to relevant guidelines. You will be able to shoot and retouch high volumes of photography content, direct models and stylists when needed to ensure production is to the highest standard and the finished image meets the high level of quality control set in the studio. You will take ownership for updating daily, weekly and periodic tracking of work completed and ensure a timely delivery of content to schedule and compliance to style guides, working closely with the Bradwell Bedford team in a fast-paced studio setting.

As well as having a passion for fashion photography, you will be experienced in photographing and retouching images within a studio environment, have strong knowledge in using DSLR cameras, the Adobe software suite, and studio flash lighting equipment. You'll need to be a strong team player who can plan and prioritise multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines, and possess an excellent eye for detail, proven through a portfolio of work which showcases the ability to photograph & retouch photography at a high standard.
