An exciting opportunity has arisen within Argos for a dynamic and highly motivated e-Learning Designer. This role will be based at either of our Customer Management Centres in Widnes (WA8 8HS) or Stafford (ST18 9AR) – some travel between the 2 sites will be required.

The successful candidate will work within an ambitious Training and Development team that prides itself on providing engaging and effective learning solutions to approx. 2000 colleagues working within our Customer Services operation.

What you will be doing;

You will have the opportunity to showcase your abilities through the development of creative and innovative e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
You will identify learning needs, write storyboards, produce high quality e-learning content and evaluate the success of the design and deployment of learning.
You will regularly engage with key stakeholders at all levels to understand their challenges, learning requirements and goals.
As well as producing innovative ideas, you will research, develop and document learning approaches and methodologies in a clear, compelling manner for learners and stakeholders.

Your experience;

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the production of digital learning in which you have demonstrated how to apply adult learning theories.
Confidently demonstrate different learning technologies to offer the best learning solution.
Competent in the use of e-learning development tool Articulate Storyline.
Experience of using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and photoshop.
