Customer Service Advisor – the role:

You will be an advocate for the Argos values, and will do all you can to meet customer expectations – from serving on the till and the collection counter, to providing assistance on the shopfloor, to picking stock in the stockroom.

We have a number of contracts available for 15 hours per week working a variety of shifts to include weekdays, evenings and weekends. Opening hours for the store will be 7.00am-8.00pm Monday to Saturday and 7.00am to 4.00pm on Sundays. This store will be opening as a new digital store inside Sainsbury's (Meeting House Lane, BH24 1EY) in February 2019 but training will be given prior to opening at our nearby stores in Bournemouth

Customer Service Advisor – the person:

A passion for fantastic customer service
Previous experience within a retail or hospitality environment is beneficial but not essential
Great communication skills
Keen to develop and progress your career with Argos
