As Control Testing Analyst, you’ll be required to support the team and contribute to the implementation and embedding of the Risk Management Framework within Operations. This will include conducting key control testing for Operations to assess whether controls are being operated effectively. You will also ensure returns are completed within agreed timescales, risk events, breaches and issues identified during control testing, are reported and acted upon.

As Control Testing Analyst, you will -

Support the Risk & Controls team by completing key control testing
Prepare accurate test records in relation to all monitoring/testing completed
Report on findings from reviews and agree appropriate actions plans to address process/control weaknesses.
Produce accurate test records and reporting in relation to all monitoring/testing completed.

As Control Testing Analyst, you will have -

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to share and articulate information at all levels
Experience of working with Operational Risk Frameworks within financial services sector in either 1st, 2nd or 3rd Line.
Good understanding of financial services regulations, conduct risk requirements and the elements of a Risk Management Framework.
Ability to provide support and guidance to development of controls. Be prepared to challenge processes, people and activities in order to resolve problems
Excellent attention to detail, providing clear and accurate output testing reports
Strong written communication via Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
