Join us in this Central Replenishment Team Assistant role and you'll plan and deliver agreed stock parameters for Sainsbury's Argos stores and Online to successfully achieve sales, profit, margin and stock targets in an Omni-channel retail operation whilst delivering great service and availability to store colleagues. Manage the flow of stock from depots to stores, as well as inter-depot, in line with agreed stock parameters for the Division, to ensure we have the right stock, in the right stores at the right time.

To be successful in this role, you'll be comfortable in an ever-changing fast paced environment. Open to trying out new ideas, you'll work flexibly, creating great relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

More about the role:

Review RFC KPI's daily and liaise with key stakeholders where required to resolve any issues
Involvement to ensure the Pre Order process is followed and SKU's are set up and managed correctly within CRT
To ensure the systems parameters are aligned to operational reality and deliver best possible service to our customers
To support line managers with adhoc requests to supply chain data and provide initial insight into what the data is showing
Ensure changes in RFC's (openings) open with maximised availability through minimising out of stocks on all SKU's
To develop effective relationships with key stakeholders (ADSI Ops Team, Commercial, RFC's)

More about you:

Good knowledge of Supply Chain and Stock Management principles / processes
Good knowledge of Excel, Word, AIP or similar replenishment systems
Good communications skills at all levels of the business
Significant experience in Supply Chain / Store Stock Management / Logistics / Operations
Demonstrable drive & commitment and willingness to learn and adapt
Good levels of planning, organisational skills and the ability to multi task
