Position Description

TN Americas is seeking a Procurement Contract Administrator II . This position is in the Supply Chain/Purchasing organization. Under moderate supervision, performs major activities of the procurement function. Reviews purchasing options, negotiates with vendors and suppliers, and ensures that materials are acquired in accordance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements. Maintains accurate records and may be required to participate in internal and external audits.

Additional job responsibilities will include the following:

· Creates purchase orders for the acquisition of materials and services and performs related administrative tasks
· Maintains accurate records in accordance with various corporate and regulatory requirements and may be required to participate in internal and external audits
· Performs spend analysis by commodity including performance savings (includes data extraction from the ERP
· Provide documentation as necessary for PO approval in the Business Unit approval workflow process
· Track supplier performance, KPI and submit reports/make presentations
· Provides first line Procurement support for Field Services, Subcontract Labor and Engineering Services, and Procurement for support functions (HR, Finance, Sales)
· Assist with enforcement of purchasing procedures with the use of Corrective Action Requests (CARS) as needed
· Reviews purchasing decisions, orders, and vendor contracts.
· Oversees the ordering of materials and supplies from vendors.
· Researches, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications.
· Developing the procurement plan (scope, schedule, and budget) for large projects

Desired profile

Qualifications :

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position:
·  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or Technical discipline strongly preferred; comparable experience in lieu of degree may be considered; plus two (2) years of related work experience.
·  Must be adept at working in a diverse cultural setting and/or experience working for a global organization.
·  Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
·  Ability to be self motivated and work both independently and effectively in a team environment.
·  Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
·  Ability to interface and present information (formally or informally) to technical and non-technical staff and customers.
·  Previous experience that includes Requests for Quotation for various suppliers of goods and services
·  Strong computer skills, proficient in Xcel spreadsheets, data extraction from ERP.

·  Engineering background.
·  Previous experience with Contract Administration, Terms and Conditions
·  Previous experience supporting a fabrication or construction organization.
·  Knowledge of nuclear fuel or hazardous materials management
·  Previous experience working with subcontractors and subcontracting firms
