Job description

Orano Med is seeking a Financial Analyst II-III for our Plano, TX, location. This position within Orano Med is responsible for supporting all daily financial analysis operations of Orano Med LLC and its subsidiary Macrocyclics (total $5M turnover and 20 full-time employees).

Additional responsibilities will include the following :

· Prepare monthly closing with shared services and internal staff
· Publish monthly reporting and analysis to internal staff and to headquarters
· Ensure the relevance of the analytical structure for cost follow-up
· Make all budgets and forecasts/long term plan
· Ensure tax declarations with support of shared services, follow-up of fixed assets, inventories
· Prepare all relevant financial analysis to help decision-making
· Participate in or lead all relevant improvement actions (processes, cost reduction, etc.)

Desired profile

Qualifications :

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this position.
·  Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, plus 3-5 years of related work experience.
·  High level of autonomy.
·  High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work very important.
·  Excellence in communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
·  Proficiency with PC-based applications such as MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Ability to interact effectively and with a high degree of professionalism with all levels of staff and management.
·  Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of financial specialization.
·  Experience in a small-size company.
The following requirements are desired and will be used to differentiate all candidates who apply for this position.
·  French speaking
·  Experience in Deltek ERP (Costpoint).
·  5 or more years experience with an Accounting/Finance background.
