Our Organization :
Within ArcelorMittal Europe, our department “Business Processes & Systems (BPS), is looking for a VIE “ Data Visualisation Designer” .
The main missions of our Department are:
- Managing commercial applications thru projects: From Business specifications to implementation, rollout and change management
- Providing the necessary proximity support to the users of our application through our "Business Service Desk" teams
We are a business supportive organization that manages the link between Operational Business actors and IT department.
Missions and responsibilities:
In our digitalisation program, we are currently deploying our Data Visualisation solution (Tableau) within our Sales Community (central and across agencies in Europe).
We’re looking for a reinforcement to support this deployment:
- Design, test and implement dashboards thru Data visualisation tool
- Data quality management :
o Check quality of the data sources in dashboards
o Manage non quality thru action plan with IT teams and business
o Adapt dashboards
- Support :
o Support the business on the dashboards usage : training docs, best practices, ...
o Provide training and assistance to users for dashboards .
o Manage incident management 1st level support and follow-up
Main internal Customers : Sales central Teams in Luxembourg, agencies all accross Europe.
The VIE will be integrated in the Data team as soon as possible. He or she will be located in Luxembourg.
Your profile
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Management or In Economics
- Experience with Data Visualisation : Tableau, Qlikview, QlikSense, PowerBI, Business Objects ... is a plus
- Experience and knowledge in Business Intelligence concepts and principles (Data Lake, ) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Able to work in multi-national environments
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail but also seeking to understand the big picture
- Results driven, problem-solving oriented
- Curious of understanding the business context
- Capacity to manage priorities independently
- Team player, ability to work with people at all levels of the oranization
- Ability to understand and adapt to a complex and fast changing environment
