Fullstack Developer Salesforce
YOUR MISSION
In the context of technology convergence, the Customer Interfaces team aims to promote the adoption of user interfaces between human and machine ((including bots and apps) within the ENGIE group. The team has the objective to enable BU’s to be autonomous on these subjects and to promote the user interfaces.
As a member of the Customer Interfaces team you will work on a conversational agent project. During this project, your tasks will be:
· Creation and maintenance a graph database in Neo4J
· Integration of API’s
· Integration of NLP, NLU
· Integration of Social Media hub
· Creation of user interface
· Integration of reporting and monitoring
· Creation of documentation of the development
· Integration with CRM system in Salesforce

Languages
Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
