Inbound Sales Executive

Job description

We are looking for gifted salespeople to join our rapidly growing online business. With a current user base of 1.8 million, we are in need of charismatic, chatty individuals to liaise between customers and transport companies in order to close sales and increase conversion rates.

We are looking for both telesales reps and a telesales manager to drive and motivate a team of 6.

About AnyVan:

AnyVan is an online platform that facilitates the movement of items across the UK and Europe at a discounted rate. With over 1.8 million users and 50,000 transport providers, we are changing the European transportation landscape by bringing convenience and cost savings into a fragmented market.

About you:

Driven by sales targets and KPIs, you will be hungry to close a deal and increase your earning potential. We ideally want someone who is thinking long-term. There is plenty of room for growth within the company. We want you to fit in well with the fun, young team we’ve built - eager to pick up the phone, learn and contribute as much as possible, preferably with a great sense of humour!

The role:

- Quick and efficient handling of all inbound calls, liaising between transport companies and customers to ensure the best delivery solutions and increased conversion rates

- Closing sales through demonstrated product knowledge and rapport-building

Must have’s:

- Gift of the gab

- Confidence speaking to a range of people and closing a sale

- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet

- Energetic, charming persona

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Great sense of humour!
