Missions:
I. ADMINISTRATIVE & HR
- Help all team members and managers in their daily activity
- Apply HR processes set by HQ: recruitment, integration, HR reports, departures…
- Prepare the integration of a new team member: administrative documents (contract, airport badge, etc.), equipment (uniform, key, laptop etc.)
- Ensure the development of the competences and knowledge of the team
- Contribute to the establishment of the staff schedule and its adaptation according to last minute changes
- Monitor the social climate and keep the team members motivated
- Transmit and upholding Be Relax objectives, values and missions
II. ACCOUNTING
- Apply the accounting processes set by the HQ
- Cash handling (daily turnover)
- Cash desk control : control of the items referenced and the relative prices recorded in the cash desk software
- Interpret Financial reports·
- Maintain Staff Compensation guidelines and payroll commitments·
- Use financial plans for spotting trends and measuring productivity·
- Control ongoing profitability by managing costs·
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory controls·
- Implement full Spa purchasing standards·
- Administer efficient staff scheduling and client booking
III. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Promote and develop brand’s visibility through merchandising and marketing (acting as an interface with the marketing team based in Paris Head Office)
