Job Description:

As part of the Global Information Management (GIM) organization, the Commercial Capabilities team is tasked with building cutting-edge acquisition capabilities. This team will be responsible for building a Big Data infrastructure and providing world class analytics and insights on millions of consumers and businesses. This is a rare and excellent opportunity for people who are interested in innovative and transformational work that drive quantifiable results.

Key responsibilities include:
· Design and productionalize marketing capabilities leveraging Big Data for small, medium and large businesses
· Analyze large datasets with external and internal data to draw insights and build linkages to improve segmentation for omni channel targeting of prospects
· Project manage and partner cross functionally with Risk, Technologies and external vendors to build execution platforms for specific use cases and prioritize the capability roadmap
· Implement use cases while ensuring upstream and downstream processes are fully integrated and data is transmitted with high quality and governance
· Exceptional analytical skills and proven ability to provide both strategic and tactical thought leadership

Desired profile

Qualifications:
·  2+ years experience coding in SQL, Hive (or other coding languages) and working with very large datasets using Big Data tools and platform
·  Ability to design, map and manage processes. Project Management skill is highly desirable
·  Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously on multiple projects simultaneously
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create & deliver effective PowerPoint presentations
·  Advanced degree in quantitative field or work experience in the payments business, operations research, or information management preferred, Bachelor's degree required
