Drawing on American Express' loyalty expertise, in May 2015, the US Loyalty team has launched Plenti, the first national loyalty coalition in the US. Our Sponsors include AT&T, Chili's, Direct Energy, Enterprise, Expedia, Exxon, Hulu, Macy's, Mobil, Nationwide, and Rite Aid. Plenti members can earn Plenti points at one partner and use them at another all with a single rewards card. The Plenti Digital Channels team is focused on driving customer retention and engagement within Plenti's proprietary digital platforms.

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned marketer who is passionate about the entire digital ecosystem, is relentless in looking for opportunities to grow the digital audience base, and inspires our cross-functional team to deliver the best experience for users.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

· Own marketing strategy and tactics for key channels across content marketing (blog and social), search (paid & organic), and funnel optimization and conversion.
· Develop mobile push/SMS channel strategy; including deploying and analyzing tactics to increase the number of users reaching the Plenti app.
· Work closely with editorial team to optimize customer journey with new content and page layouts leveraging MVT and A/B testing findings.
· Partner with key stakeholders to identify SEM opportunities with keywords, copy and page structure; make recommendations for driving maximum traffic and engagement.
· Maintain channel calendar and partner with marketing colleagues to define and execute digital approach for broad program marketing initiatives.
· Deliver traffic reports for all initiatives and track against targets; monitor on-site. engagement trends and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance.
· Fluent in all standard web and mobile KPIs with the ability to benchmark against mature digital loyalty metrics.
· Lead a team of two contractors supporting site content management and content writing; including the development and execution of content to build awareness, cultivate a community, and drive retention and engagement across web and mobile channels.

Desired profile

Qualifications

• 3+ years digital marketing experience preferred, focused on acquisition, member retention and member engagement.
• Experience in media / publishing or other property with digital ad revenue a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using digital analytics to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
• Experience with SEO tools and Adobe analytics preferred.
• Familiar with A/B and MVT testing tools preferred.
• Proven ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence others to drive results across a large matrix organization.
• Strong communication skills, with experience managing, motivating teams and individuals in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong track record driving results while demonstrating accountability and leadership.
