This role involves the processing of German credit card applications which customers submitted to American Express.

The role is divided into customer servicing and analyst role; supporting customers through the application process as well as processing and analysing the applications. This includes different administrative tasks (80%) as well as calling customers (20%). Operating hours for this position are from Monday to Friday 09:30am – 5:30pm. Responsibilities for the New Accounts role include:

· Working in a flexible work environment
· Upholding the Data Protection and Privacy Act for our Customers
· Updating systems accurately and efficiently
· Delivering excellent customer service over the phone
· Processing administrative tasks for pending applications
· Possibilities to expand your knowledge by supporting different markets

Desired profile

Required skills:

·  Fluency in German (both written and verbal communication skills)
·  Advanced English
·  High degree of accuracy and ability to multitask effectively
·  Proven ability to deliver a high Productivity and Quality work under minimum supervision
·  Ability to listen and connect to customers during outbound call conversations
·  Advanced computer/keyboarding skills – Microsoft Office suite knowledge would be an advantage
